Why is your external frame backpack so expensive?
Many things contribute to the the price of the backpack. The main reason is the cost of production and materials. Only the best materials are used in this backpack system. No corners are cut in manufacturing the backpack and no second rate materials or components are used. All of the backpack's materials are made in the USA. The cost would be lower if we manufactured the backpack overseas, but our company values American-made products.
What if I do not like the backpack when I get it?
It can be difficult to purchase a rucksack without trying it on. We understand this. If you do not like your backpack or frame, just return it in unused condition and you will receive a refund for the cost of the item. Sorry, we can not refund shipping charges. There is no restocking charge. Please call before sending the item back so we know what and why you are returning the item.
What if something breaks?
If a problem is due to craftsmanship or material defect, your external frame backpack will be repaired or replaced at no charge. If the problem is due to normal wear and tear or some other "freak" accident, we will repair or replace your item for a fair charge. Nothing is indestructible and accidents will happen. We have designed a very strong backpack, but you still need to take care of your investment.

How do I know if I placed my Aruc Systems order successfully?
Once you have submitted your order, an order summary page will be displayed with all of your order details. You may want to print this for your records. You will then receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully received online. Can I change or cancel my order after I have submitted it ?
Once your order is submited, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or changed. If you realize you made a mistake, or simply change your mind about your order please contact Aruc Systems at as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

How does Aruc Systems calculate delivery chares?

How long will it take to receive my order?
You should receive your order within three to five business days. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside of the US will arrive within 10 business days. (Backorders are excluded.) Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday.

This encryption technology prevents anyone from using your personal data if intercepted. Aruc Systems also takes every precaution when storing your credit card number in our database by encrypting it, rendering it useless to anyone trying to access it.
Will Aruc Systems sell my email address or other personal information?
No. We use personal information provided on order forms, such as a purchaser's name, email address, physical address, and credit card number, to fulfill merchandise orders.
